RECRUITMENT'S PROCEDURE

  RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE start after receiving the following documents from the employer / company. The procedure of recruitment is simple and starts with preparation of recruitment documents   - Demand Letter.
- Power of Attorney (Wakala) – Consultation can be taken from any local Saudi recruitment office Wakala Should be attested from chamber of commerce,  Ministry of
  Foreign Affairs And Embassy of Pakistan in Employer country.
- Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) of the Saudi Recruiting Office from whom the Power of Attorney (Wakala) has been made.  
PERMISSION FROM THE CORPORATE OF EMIGRANTS:
The documents received from the Employer are then submitted to the protector of Emigrants (Government of Pakistan) for necessary registration and permissions.  

 PRESS ADVERTISEMENTS:
- The manpower requirements are advertised through leading National Newspapers to receive interested candidates applications,

  - For Good and Best quality workers / Technician, We will Advertise your requirement in top circulating news paper all over the Pakistan, Advertisement cost will bear    by  US.   - In Advertisement you will Fix a date for Interview. Your executive will come Pakistan for Interview.   - OR first we will short list good cvs and send you for  review, after that you will fix date or its depend on you.   - OR conduct a Telephonic interview, if necessary.   - We will provide you all facilities for Interview and Trade Test.   i) For Advertisement  you will provide us, salary detail, job detail, Qualification.   - Interview will held in Islamabad or Karachi, depend on your requirements.    FINAL SELECTION:
Short listed candidates are then required to appear before the Selection Board (If advised by the Employer) and thereafter the selected candidates are put to test. The final rating is done after final evaluation of the individuals over all performance.   After selection, We are entirely responsible and provide following service for the completing of visa process from medical reports submission, Visa stamping process till the collection of the passport
