BUILDING COMFORTS was founded in the year 2006 by Mr. Hanif Adhia to serve the industry with best possible Waterproofing & Heat-proofing solutions. We have kept this in mind since then and besides Pakistan our company has successfully completed projects in Afghanistan. 

BUILDING COMFORTS deals in all kinds of construction chemicals, waterproofing products and heatproofing coatings besides being recognized dealers of high grade and medium grade Hard and Soft Cold/Hot Bitumen.

Besides selling products, we also have a competent team which is capable of achieving high rate of success in extremely difficult situations. 

Consultancy is usually free for projects based in Karachi and Hyderabad and is charged outside these two cities.
