Workshop: Fabrication is facilitated by two sixty tons overhead cranes in the workshop, they can transfer product between the fabrication, paint-shop and dispatch areas. To complement the workshop, there are 4 full factory length overhead cranes (10T's , 20 tons , 5 tons and 5Tons ) with a 6m - hook height. To supplement the overhead crane we have Gantry hoists with 10 Ts capacity located throughout the workshop.
Yard: With over 6,000m2 of open yard space, we can accommodate a number of large projects at any given time.
We can conduct trial assemblies within our yard if required.

Drawing: With design, Cad detailing and CAD modeling expertise we uniquely extend the knowledge and skills businesses, providing the confidence to deliver a variety of products.
Fabrication: Over the last 40 years, our workforce of over 300 people has designed, documented, fabricated and assembled some of the Pakistan’s most iconic fabricated steel projects.
Installation: HHTC also have a highly skilled team of steel erecters and riggers whose excellence and experience have enhanced our reputation of being highly adaptable and forward thinking in every project that we take on.
Welding: Once the steelwork arrives on site, it is absolutely crucial that the connections fit together perfectly, so having confidence in our steel fabricators and welders at this stage is essential.
Surface Preparation: HHTC employ state of the art Sand and shot blasting finishing facilities along with highly skilled and experienced specialists to supplement and enrich a full engineering service to Nation wide and global markets.
Surface Coating: HHTC employ painting, powder coat finishing and assembly facilities along with highly skilled and experienced technicians as surface treatment specialists to supplement to Nation wide and global markets.
Off Site Work: Our off-site construction offers customers a number of benefits. Operating from our own manufacturing premises affords us greater control and assures factory-quality construction.
Bridge works: We set up to provide a service in the market for specialist projects, typically modular formworks, light steel framing or Heavy metalwork.
Piping Works: HHTC is specialized in piping and mechanical works: engineering, prefab and on-site construction. Our offering includes maintenance of piping and a variety of installations with Carbon Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials.
CNC Plasma The utility of our plasma tables goes beyond the normal scope of what our customers classify as a fabrication machine. From engraving and routing, to our metal cutting processes including Mild steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
Roll Forming: We have set up to provide services in the market for Roof trapezoidal corrugation forming and Z purling forming for Pre Engineered building and other major Structural metalwork.
