ELASTOMERIC BEARING PADS: Our primary concerned business is dealing and trading of Elastomeric Bearing Pads. The Elastomeric Bearing Pad is now used in Bridges, Flyovers, Buildings, Railways and Nuclear Power Reactor Plants due to their superior functioning performances. As per client inquires and the requirement of projects, we can deliver Elastomeric Bearings in shape of cylinder, square or rectangle. Our Elastomeric Bearings are out class in each and every aspect in accordance with the standards of AASHTO M-251, EN-1337-3, BS-5400, KS-4420, DIN-4141 to meet the requirements of our clients.
DESIGN PATTERN: Elastomeric Bearings are designed in layers and manufactured in strong Hydraulic molding machine. They are composed of CR (Chloroprene Rubber) known as Neoprene Rubber or NR (Natural Rubber) and Steel Plates between the rubber layers, the steel plates are according to AASHTO ASTM Standard A-36 and the components are corrosion protective. Standard corrosion protection is done by sand blasting and zinc metal spraying galvanization. The steel plates are withheld with an Epoxy Adhesive for the strong adherence between the elastomer and steel plates. All the components are placed in mold and then vulcanized as one piece. The CR (Chloroprene Rubber) bearing pad is suitable for environments where the temperature ranges from -25 °C to 60 °C. If the working temperature ranges from -40 °C to 60 °C, you can choose the NR (Natural Rubber) for raw material.
BRIDE / BUILDING EXPANSION JOINT SYSTEM
It is the main object installed in bridge or building construction. In construction it is used for smooth movement by safely absorbing expansion of material from temperature changes, live load and drying shrinkage. The expansion joint is a consumable material and it has changed the concept into a permanent component of the construction structures
